This is an important milestone for Honda as it electrically powers the iconic Activa brand and launches the QC1, its most budget-friendly electric scooter in India. HONDA ACTIVA E
The Honda Activa e: combines the reliable Activa brand with the latest electric technology. Coming in two variants—Standard and RoadSync, the Activa e: is targeted at urban commuters looking for efficiency and reliability.

Design & Features
Based on the strong Activa ICE platform, the Activa e: carries its iconic looks while embracing a futuristic essence. The LED combination lamps and slender indicators guarantee a contemporary charm.
Two Honda Mobile Power Pack e: swappable batteries drive the scooter, providing improved range and convenience. Its wheel-side motor provides a high 4.2 kW rated output and 6.0 kW peak output, optimizing efficiency and ride quality. Three modes—STANDARD, SPORT, and ECON, designed for various riding conditions—are available to the riders.
Complementing the innovation, the Activa e: also comes with Honda RoadSync Duo®, enabling users to link their smartphones using Bluetooth® for calls and navigation, further enriching the riding experience.
HONDA QC1
The Honda QC1 is an electric moped that is specifically built for short-range urban commutes. Perfect for students and budget-conscious riders, this lightweight and compact scooter is a perfect combination of economy and convenience.

Design & Features
The QC1 has an in-wheel motor that is very compact with 1.2 kW rated and 1.8 kW peak power, and provides a quiet and efficient drive. It gets a 5-inch LCD instrument cluster showing crucial details such as speed and charge level.
Additional features include high-intensity LED lights, a USB Type-C charging port, and a spacious under-seat luggage compartment for storing a helmet or small essentials. The QC1’s affordability and practical design make it an excellent choice for daily commuters.
MANUFACTURING AND FUTURE OUTLOOK
HMSI will manufacture both the Activa e: and QC1 at its Narsapura plant near Bengaluru, Karnataka, reinforcing its commitment to ‘Make in India.’
